The role;
You will be trained to, work from drawings and set test procedures to check both PCB and final assemblies for conformity in line with the set parameters using semi-automated and hand/bench test equipment ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks. Assembling and testing a range of products.
If you have the majority of the skills experience below, we would like to hear from you;
- Attention to detail
- Good hand skills and eyesight
- Competence in hand assembly work
- Experience in the handling of electronic assemblies (ESD, EOS, safe handling).
- Understanding of relevant procedures, standards, engineering and technical documention
- Good communication skills
- Experience of using common test equipment
- Basic Knowledge of electronic component types and polarities
- Enthusiastic and able to use own initiative
- Knowledge of company systems and policies
- Flexibility where appropriate
- A thorough awareness of any safety issues
- Computer literate
