Temporary Anti-Social Behaviour Officer Needed

About Us:
Our client is a dedicated Housing Association committed to providing safe, secure, and harmonious living environments for their residents. They are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join their team on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and manage ASB cases within our housing communities.
- Liaise with residents, victims, and perpetrators to resolve conflicts and issues effectively.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for court proceedings.
- Represent the Housing Association in court as needed.
- Work closely with local authorities, law enforcement, and other relevant agencies.
Requirements:
- Specialist knowledge of anti-social behaviour legislation and best practices.
- Proven experience in preparing and presenting cases in court.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.
- A proactive and empathetic approach to dealing with sensitive issues.
