As a vital member of the technical team, you'll take an active role in maintaining and enhancing operations within a dynamic and fast-paced food production environment.
In the role, you will be responsible for carrying out mechanical and electrical maintenance across the bakery. You'll react swiftly to breakdowns, carry out planned maintenance, support improvement projects, and ensure equipment is running safely and efficiently. You'll also work closely with production to minimise downtime and help train bakery staff on basic machinery use and fault-finding.

- Maintain machinery and bakery equipment across production lines
- Carry out reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and improvements
