Role Overview:
They are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Conveyancing to lead and further develop their successful residential conveyancing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to have a direct influence on the direction and growth of the department, ensuring continued excellence in client service and advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the residential conveyancing team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Oversee complex residential conveyancing transactions, offering guidance and support to the team.
- Contribute to the strategic development of the department, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm standards.
- Maintain and build upon the firm's reputation for delivering high-quality conveyancing services.
- Actively manage client relationships, ensuring a client-focused approach.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated client service across the firm.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 5+ years PQE.
- Proven experience in managing a small team within a residential conveyancing setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to drive the growth and development of the department.
- Strong client relationship management skills and a commitment to excellent service.
