Alexander Daniels are recruiting for a Finance Analyst for a business based in Birmingham. This role offers great exposure in a growing business, working closely with the senior finance team, you will gain invaluable experience and the opportunity to further your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide insightful, accurate information to senior stakeholders around the business divisions.
- Drive the delivery of necessary KPI's.
- Support the leadership teams in understanding and controlling costs whilst helping drive efficiencies.
- Compare actual revenue to forecasted figures and identify the reasons for any significant variances.
- Analyse revenue performance compared to historical data, forecasts, and budgeted targets.
- Lead on the budgeting and reforecasting processes.
- Project future revenue trends based on historical data, market conditions, and occupancy trends for rental income.
- Monitor revenue streams for the business.
- Prepare and analyse cash flow projections based on revenue forecasts, considering rent collections, accounts receivable, and other income streams.
Essential requirements:
- Part Qualified level studying towards either CIMA/ACCA
- The ability to perform Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP's.
- Strong Communication & presentation skills.
- Absolute commitment to quality with a high attention to detail.
- Comfortable working under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Ability to handle large quantities of data.
- Property experience
- The ability to build and develop good working relationships with key stakeholders.
This is an office-based role and would require you to commute reliably 5 days a week.
