I am supporting a fast-growing business within the servicing industry to recruit a permanent Senior Credit Controller at their offices in Loughton. This is a full-time office based opportunity where you will support a team of Credit Controllers with the overall objective of reducing bad-debt provisions for a portfolio of clients.
Duties:
- Oversee the company's credit accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts.
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness and recommend appropriate credit limits.
- Handle and resolve payment disputes or discrepancies efficiently.
- Track and report on aged debt, implementing strategies to reduce overdue accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to maintain effective credit control processes.
- Generate regular financial and credit control reports for senior management.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Credit Controller with a history of reducing bad-debt provisions and minimising debt overall. You will be a great team player, communicator and able to commute to the client offices in Loughton for full-time work.
