A perfect opportunity for an experienced Scientist to join a leading global biopharmaceutical organisation!
In this role you will be a vital part of a team of scientists developing novel drugs for inflammatory joint diseases. Primarily using immunohistochemistry and spatial transcriptomic techniques you will analyse ex vivo cell and tissue samples providing key research output in the early phases of the company's drug discovery pipeline. You will also be responsible for sharing your results with the team and other internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- MSc/PhD Cell Biology, Immunology or equivalent
- Proven track record of using immunohistochemical techniques (e.g.H&E and/or immunofluorescence)
- Knowledge of spatial transcriptomic techniques
- Comfortable processing tissue or cell samples from in-vivo models
- Excellent communication skills
