Senior Director /Head of Practice role at top integrated agency!

One of London's leading integrated agencies is on the hunt for driven and ambitious senior leader to head up its growing corporate practice. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced corporate reputation specialist to carve out their own division with an established, and well-respected agency.

The agency you will be joining regularly features in top 50 PR Week league tables, and is most known for their award-winning work in the consumer space. They're mid-sized, with international presence and have recently undergone a rebrand, ushering in an exciting new era for the business and team.

The Senior Director role will have three core focuses:

  1. Redefining the corporate division and its proposition to deliver award-winning work
  2. Driving business growth and future proofing the corporate team
  3. Leading on senior client relationships

This agency has big plans for the investing in and expanding its corporate offering, particularly leveraging its reputation in the consumer space - essentially, this role requires someone with strong 'corpsumer' credentials.

The ideal Senior Director:

  • Corporate (and corpsumer) agency experience - no in-house candidate I'm afraid
  • Proven experience leading on integrated briefs and working in an integrated environment
  • A desire to grow their own business within a larger organisation
  • Exceptional commercial track record in winning business & growing teams
  • Brings fresh new perspective on the future of corporate comms

The salary for this Senior Director role is up to £125k + an industry-leading benefits package
