Bridge Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join a longstanding Law firm based in Bromley. This is a full-time role working 9am to 5:30pm. Our client is looking for someone who has previous Reception experience in a corporate company.
Duties include:
Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the firm
Answering calls promptly
Opening new client files
Assisting with the archiving of files ensuring any backlog is kept to a minimum
Keeping the reception area and meeting room tidy
Print documents ready for clients to collect
Witness to clients signing documents
Ensuring stationery levels are maintained
Ensure the postal duties are covered
To undertake any other administrative duties and ad hoc projects as may reasonably be required from time to time
