Join a rapidly expanding family-owned business in a management position. We are expanding and looking for a proactive individual to oversee our customer service, sales administration, and returns teams. The ideal candidate will have a background in the plumbing or logistics industry and possess strong management skills.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage the customer service, sales administration, and returns team to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Conduct regular one-to-one reviews with team members to provide feedback, set goals, and support professional development.
  • Develop and implement office procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
  • Track and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Foster effective communication within the team and across departments.
