Administrative Planner

Our client, a prominent name in the healthcare sector, is actively seeking an Administrative Planner to enhance their Planning department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a pivotal role in supporting all administrative tasks within the Planning department
  • Manage, verify, and organise production-related data including schedules, inventory records, and manufacturing order updates
  • Aid the Planner in the creation of reports, presentations, and other documentation
  • Distribute production plans, updates, and changes to relevant stakeholders
  • Monitor emails to ensure timely responses to all queries across the business
  • Track task progress, ensure follow-up on pending actions, and meet both internal and customer deadlines
  • Efficiently load Customer Orders into the ERP system, Winman
  • Assist the Planner with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

Job Requirements:

  • Proactive in identifying and resolving potential workflow gaps
  • Experience with ERP systems, with a preference for those proficient in planning software; training on Winman will be provided
  • Ability to independently resolve queries and take initiative
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Capable of working effectively under time pressures
  • Strong analytical thinking and exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills, both over the phone and via email, with suppliers and stakeholders
