Finance Manager | Hybrid | North West | 60-70k
Overview:
Castlefield Recruitment are pleased to be working with a Greater Manchester based Housing Association in order to recruit a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. In this key position you'll be responsible for the provision of financial information, including annual statutory accounts and business plan for day-to-day accounting operations.
Role:
As the Finance Manager you'll also ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements through timely completion of returns
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the annual statutory accounts including associated notes and the annual audit file in line with the prescribed timetable
- Oversight of the preparation of the 30 year business plan
- Oversight of the Group Treasury Function ensuring all daily treasury activities are carried out and correctly accounted for
- Oversight of the preparation of the monthly cash flow and covenant compliance returns
- Assist in the preparation of development reports, including the associated financial appraisals for all tenures
- Monthly budget monitoring reviews with Development Team budget holders
Person:
The successful Financial Controller will be/have:
- CCAB or equivalent professional qualification
- Evidence of continued professional development
- Social Housing experience (desirable)
