Job Summary

As PA and Event Support, your role will involve a mix of administrative PA and event coordination tasks, providing essential support to the company's growing event portfolio. You will contribute to both external events, such as Accelerator Programmes and Investor Networking, and internal initiatives including Away Days and Corporate Volunteering.

Key Responsibilities of the PA and Event Support Role:

  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of a variety of events, including venue sourcing, supplier management, and delegate information handling.
  • CRM Management: Assist in maintaining and updating our Client Relationship Management system, ensuring data accuracy and general system hygiene.
  • Administrative Support: Manage meeting bookings, calendar scheduling, document production, and general office upkeep.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organise travel and accommodation for team members as required.
  • Project Work: Engage in project-based tasks, such as conducting research to create company directories.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other relevant duties as needed. This is a fast-paced, professional environment that values inquisitive and proactive individuals who thrive in a diverse role.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Experience: Prior office-based experience is desirable, ideally in an administrative, events, or personal assistant role within a professional services environment.
  • Technical Skills: Confident using Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and comfortable with IT systems, ideally CRM.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities, capable of working collaboratively across the business and with external stakeholders.
  • Confidentiality: Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Time Management: Exceptional multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
