As a chef your responsibilities will include preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, and ensuring that the culinary standards are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Must have NVQ Level 2 in Catering
- Must have an Food Safety Level 2 and Allergen Certificate
- Must also have your own knives
- Must have an enhanced DBS
