Social Media Executive

P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking a Social Media & Communications Executive to join their team based in Lowestoft on a full-time, permanent basis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage all company social media channels incl. Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter and You Tube.
  • Plan, create, implement and report with recommendations on the company social media organic and paid activities, influencer relationships, media and PR plans.
  • Managing and developing company content plans, alongside another member of the marketing team, with the ability to provide visual assets and write effective/engaging copy that is aligned with the brands guidelines.
  • Responsibility for the company photography and video schedules and its co-ordination, i.e. photographer briefs, location selection, on-site shoot management and organising image library.
  • Identify, build and manage relationships with influencers, including affiliate relationships and payments.
  • Flexibility and willingness to undertake additional duties if required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • GCSEs Grade A-C in Maths and English / A-levels/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, techniques and trends.
  • Knowledge of photo/ video editing software (Adobe), CANVA, AI tools, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using media monitoring and tracking software would be beneficial.
  • Have had some exposure to marketing - traditional or on-line.

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (40 hours per week)
  • Working hours will be flexible, to suit customer and workflow demands.
