Part-time Payroll & HR Administrator | Permanent | Telford | up to £30,000 pro rata (DOE)

Are you an experienced Payroll & HR Administrator looking for a new part-time role in which you can utilise your skills in a friendly environment?

Benefits:

We are currently working with an established company who are looking for an enthusiastic person to support their HR Department in the day to day operations. You will ideally be working towards your CIPD qualification and have experience of running monthly payrolls.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Assisting in the onboarding of employees, including offer letters, contracts, etc
  • Probation and performance review documentation.
  • Management of the employee pension and healthcare schemes.
  • Maintaining the HR & Time & Attendance systems.
  • Processing the end to end payroll including year end and P11d's.
  • Liaising without external agencies regarding recruitment.

About you:

  • Experience of working within a busy HR department.
  • A minimum of CIPD level 3 or currently studying.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication.
  • A friendly, team orientated personality.
