We're looking for a Contract Architectural Technician to join a small, friendly team on a 3-month contract (with potential for extension), supporting a business experiencing rapid growth through new project wins.
Role details:
- Rate: £30 – £35 per hour (DOE)
- Contract: Initially 3 months, potential to extend
- Hours: 9am – 5pm, with flexibility for overtime
- Location: Hybrid potential – office in a lovely location with free parking
- Travel: Must drive – some site visits required
Key Requirements:
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations
- Experience in commercial and retail architectural design
- Ability to work well in a small team environment
- Comfortable managing deadlines and adapting to shifting project demands
- Punctual and reliable
