Joining the Business Support team in a UK Charity, you will be based in their central London office responsible for welcoming visitors. This is a temporary contract working full time in the office.

My client is a well-respected UK Charity funding research for medical treatments.

Description

Key responsibilities:

  • You will be the welcoming face greeting and hosting visitors
  • Keeping the reception area tidy and organised
  • Handling internal and external queries
  • Liaising with the internal office team
  • Taking calls and responding to emails
  • Booking meetings

Profile

The successful candidate:

  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Clear organisational capabilities, able to multitask and prioritise efficiently
  • Experience working in the Not for Profit sector
  • A friendly and approachable manner
  • The ability to travel into central London 5 days/week
  • Immediately available to start
