- Drafting legal documents specific to Cost Litigation including skeleton arguments, Points of Dispute and Reply, witness statements, applications and draft orders.
- The preparation and presentation of a comprehensive training schedule for both the Costs Litigation department, the Specialist Serious Personal Injury teams and the wider practice group.
- Manage and support the development of team members, promoting continuous learning and improvement of skills.
- Assisting the Practice Development Lead on preparing and implementing the Cost Litigation strategy
