SEMH Teaching Assistant - Boston
Milk Education are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant with SEMH experience to join a primary and secondary school in Boston, Lincolnshire. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping students reach their full potential. If you have a genuine interest in education and are committed to making a positive impact on young minds, we encourage you to apply. This is a temp to perm position subject to a 12 week probation.
Teaching Assistant key responsibilities:
- Providing one-on-one support to students.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and success.
- Help with classroom management and behaviour support.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working with SEMH children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in working with children.
- Ability to follow instructions, work as part of a team, and adapt to a dynamic school environment.
