Hybrid Working Customer Service Advisor
Location: Ringwood, Hampshire (Hybrid Working)
Hourly Rate: £11.55 - £14.55 per hour (dependent on shifts)
Hours of work: 40 hours per week (Day and Night Shifts Available)
Our client is seeking a passionate and results-driven Customer Service Advisor to join their thriving multi-channel Contact Centre. As a key member of the team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service: Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of issues.
- Drive sales: Actively upsell and cross-sell products to maximise revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Manage customer relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through a customer-centric approach.
- Process orders: Efficiently place customer orders and address enquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with teams: Work closely with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain high standards: Adhere to company guidelines, policies, and quality standards.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in IT systems, including CRM tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- A positive and customer-focused attitude
