Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver Corporate Tax compliance services, supporting audit teams, and reviewing tax provisions and computations.
- Participate in advisory projects, including acquisitions, disposals, cross-border expansion, and R&D claims.
- Build and develop client relationships, managing risk and identifying business opportunities.
- Liaise with internal teams (Transfer Pricing, VAT) and PKF network firms for comprehensive client support.
- Manage junior staff, overseeing their development and the smooth operation of the department.
- Contribute to business development activities and grow the firm's client portfolio.
Ideally, you will possess:
- Strong UK Corporation Tax expertise with a proven track record in compliance and advisory work.
- Experience at Assistant Manager, Manager, or Senior Manager level.
- Ability to manage client portfolios, deliver compliance work profitably, and support advisory projects.
- Relevant professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CTA) are desirable.
