About the role:
Are you a dynamic thought leader in educational and digital technologies? Do you have a passion for immersive tech, AI, and eLearning? West London College is looking for a Head of Digital Innovation and Learning Technologies to revolutionize educational experiences for both staff and students. In this exciting and ambitious role, you will lead the strategic integration of cutting-edge technologies, manage immersive learning environments, and oversee the digital transformation of our Learning Resource Centres (LRC) across all campuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the digital innovation and transformation initiatives college-wide.
- Manage immersive learning environments and mentor the Digital Learning Technologists.
- Collaborate with staff, students, external partners, and industry experts to drive innovation.
- Design and deliver impactful digital experiences for events, open days, and CPD.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and digital transformation of the LRCs.
- Enhance digital resources and support student learning and research.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and related legislation.
