The role:
You will include working very closely with the HOD on a mixed caseload of company commercial matters. Typical duties will include:
- Drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements
- M&A
- Commercial contracts,
- Some IP and start-up matters
We are inviting applications from those who:
- Are UK qualified solicitor, with 1 or more years of PQE
- Have recent and relevant experience handling corporate & commercial matters
- Be a skilled practitioner, with client facing skills and a commercial approach to your work
