Air Tightness Consultant
My client specialises in providing thorough air-tightness testing services tailored for both domestic and commercial developers. Additionally, they boast accreditation from reputable organisations such as UKAS, ATTMA, and RIBA, a testament to their unwavering commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and expertise within the industry.
Requirements:
- ATTMA Level 2 certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in air tightness or a related field and/or holding the CWCT qualification
- Possession of a full UK driver's licence
- Proficiency in working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients in resolving defects and ensuring regulatory compliance for their projects/developments.
- Collaborating directly with clients and other key members of the acoustics team to ensure successful outcomes.
- Preparing and structuring reports and supporting documents to provide a comprehensive assessment of design and monitoring issues during the initial construction phases.
- Regularly attending meetings with key stakeholders from design and contractor teams to assess designs and review findings from inspections.
