Legal PA - Employment - £44,000 + WFH 2 days pw - 12 Month FTC

- Based near Liverpool Street
- Paying up to £44,000
- 12 Month FTC
- Reporting into the Secretarial Manager
- Supporting Partner level with a degree of autonomy
- Hybrid working policy - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

Duties Include
- Acting as a gatekeeper for Partners and other Fee Earners
- Email management
- Build strong working relationships with other allocated Fee Earners
- Proactive diary management
- Arranging global travel
- Attend and contribute to team meetings
- Draft, create and amend high quality correspondence, documents, agendas, reports, presentations etc
- Organise internal and external meetings
Candidate Requirements
- Previous PA experience, gained within a Law firm.
- Previous experience of working within a Legal environment and maintaining working relationships with all levels of Fee Earners.
