Duties include:
Processing of orders and quotations on our house system and online pricing system
Maintain detailed effective communication with other team members across all Company Departments
To provide professional customer liaison within the Company's service level agreement. Monitor all allocated in boxes and respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
To assist the customer care department with ticket management
Scheduling of Orders in line with Production scheduler and allocated factory hours
Update the sales team with available production space
Person specification & qualifications:
Must have a proactive initiative to aspects of the role
Excellent communication skills both internally and externally, verbal and written - willing/confident to use the phone
Proficient PC skills within Microsoft office package as well as the ability to manage multiple inboxes
Strong awareness of attention to detail
Willingness to learn and grow
