About the role:
At Engage Education, we've specialised in recruiting teaching assistants for over a decade, so we know a bit about finding the ideal school for you. We're currently looking for an enthusiastic teaching assistant to work full-time at a fantastic primary school in Haywards Heath, West Sussex.
This will be working 1:1 with a child who has mild learning difficulties we are looking for a resilient TA who is able to adapt to the daily needs of this child.
This role starts in September 2024.

Our teaching assistants' duties can include:
- Working 1:1 full-time
- Providing interventions
- Be willing to adapt to the needs of the child
The ideal applicant will have:
- Some experience of working with children or in a school
- A real passion for education and improving the attainment of pupils
- Resilience
- Experience dealing with challenging behaviour
