With a commitment to delivering exceptional tenant experiences and driving sustainable growth, our client manages a diverse and expanding portfolio of residential properties. To support their continued success, they are seeking an experienced Yardi Systems Manager to oversee and optimise their Yardi systems.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the Yardi system, including setup, user administration, system configuration, ongoing maintenance, and data security.
- Lead the implementation process for new Yardi modules, upgrades, and enhancements, collaborating with stakeholders and Yardi representatives to ensure smooth and successful rollouts.
- Lead the implementation, management, and integration of wider business systems.
- Develop and implement system-wide best practices to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide comprehensive end-user support, troubleshooting issues, resolving helpdesk tickets, and ensuring user satisfaction.
Role Requirements
- Proven Experience of working in Property Management
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing systems
- In-depth practical knowledge of Yardi Voyager and other Yardi related modules
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and training skills
