We are seeking an HR Advisor with a passion for human resources to support various HR functions, including policy management, payroll assistance, and general employee relations matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to ethical working practices.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Provide support for all UK and International HR-related queries across the organisation, including sales, support, and operational groups.
  • Manage disciplinary and performance issues, including Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) with line managers.
  • Handle flexible working requests, terminations, resignations, redundancies, and settlement agreements in line with company policy.
  • Collate payroll data for review and submission.
  • Assist with the administration of contracts, offers, referencing, DBS checks, and letters.
  • Update HR systems and spreadsheets with organisational changes.
  • Maintain employee files and update organisation charts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Part-qualified CIPD, with ideally 3+ years in an HR function within the private sector.
  • Experience in supporting the writing of policies, contracts, and other HR-related documents.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Experience in managing ER-related tasks such as disciplinaries and grievances.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
