HR Administrator – Part Time – Temporary

Monday to Thursday (16 – 20 hours a week)

£13.00 - £15.60 an hour

Dover (hybrid working)

Pearson Whiffin are recruiting for a HR Administrator on behalf of one of our clients who are an established, global business.

This is a part time role between 16 - 20 hours a week, Monday to Thursday. Please note, this role is an ongoing temporary role and to be considered, you must be available to start work before Christmas.

Duties:

  • Supporting a HR team of 4 with administrative support.
  • Providing pivotal administrative support across the payroll, recruitment, learning & development and employee relations departments.
  • Supporting with project work across a variety of departments.

To be considered for this role, you must have/be:

  • Previous experience within HR or recruitment and a good understanding of HR processes.
  • Strong recruitment, ER and payroll experience would be a significant advantage.
  • Familiar with HR software, Workday would be a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organised.
  • IT literate and competent using Microsoft packages.
  • Available to start work before Christmas.
