As a Asset Finance Case Manager, you will:
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Operational colleagues to enhance the efficiency and success of the customer experience.
- Manage and coordinate the sales process among clients, suppliers, and funders.
- Conduct credit searches, prepare finance proposals, and liaise effectively with funders and sales teams.
- Generate, arrange, and issue all necessary finance documentation.
- Process and record details accurately using a CRM system.
- Build and maintain working relationships with clients, suppliers, and funders.
- Stay up-to-date with customer needs and identify opportunities for other products.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, standards, and company policies.

The ideal Asset Finance Case Manager experience you will have:
- Experience support various functions such as Case Manager, Loan Processor, Asset Finance Broker, or similiar
- It would be a huge advantage if you have experience working for a Broker, Lender, Motor Finance or similar
- Proven experience of implementing process to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness and success of the customer experience
- Delivering exceptional service to our clients, suppliers and funders
