Job Title: National Contractor Manager

Location: Swindon (hybrid)

Salary: Up to £60k D.O.E

The Opportunity: We're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our contractor management strategies. You'll drive the evolution of our self-employed delivery contractor model, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

£55,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus £5,688 pa car allowance, bonus and benefits.

(Negotiable depending on experience)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge strategies and procedures to optimise our contractor management processes.
  • Advise and direct or operations teams managing a network of self-employed delivery contractors and delivery rounds across multiple locations.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and third-party entities.
  • Provide expert guidance on legislative compliance and contract development.
  • Proactively address risks and issues to maintain operational momentum.
  • Present compelling insights and proposals to senior management, shaping the future of our contractor model.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence within our contractor management team.
