Our client is a large global brand based in West London.

We are seeking an IT Team Administrator to join our dynamic IT department. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our team, working closely with IT domain managers. A financial background is advantageous as the role involves managing procurement and complex recharges with a high level of precision. The ideal candidate will be highly numerate, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Day to Day:

  • Manage IT Purchase Orders in collaboration with domain IT Managers.
  • Procure consumables, software, mobile devices, and services for the IT Services team and business requests.
  • Handle the procurement process from raising Purchase Orders to confirming receipt of goods and services.
  • Ensure accurate asset management by recording details and labelling high-value hardware and mobile devices.
  • Follow up on PO approvals and communicate with vendors regarding approved POs.
  • Resolve invoice queries and manage inter-company recharges, ensuring accuracy in quantity, value, and details.
  • Maintain inventory of subscription software, manage annual renewals, and handle recharging.
  • Assist in hardware leasing procurement, including preparation of quotes and documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on manufacturing and delivery dates and monitor receipt of goods.
  • Facilitate the signing, sending, and filing of IT-related contracts.
  • Work with the IT Services team on stock control of standard items and suggest replenishment orders as needed.
  • Book travel arrangements using the company's preferred travel partners.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within an IT environment.
  • Highly numerate with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in managing procurement processes and asset management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience with software and hardware procurement and inventory management.
