CNC Setter Operator
£26,500 - £31,000 (£12-£14 Per hour) + DAYS + Premium Overtime + Training + + Development

In this role, you will work as part of a small team responsible for the fabrication of fully glazed steel doors, including the operation of CNC machinery (Emmegi Twin Ferro saw, Emmegi T3 Star Phantomatic milling center). These processes require the correct steel profile to be selected, loaded into the saw for cutting, labelled, and loaded into the milling centre to be processed.
The role offers an excellent opportunity to get on to a days-based role, where you will be valued by the company and develop your skills through great in-house training.
The Role:
- Make correct set-ups for Punch machine operations
- Operating a Panel Bender/loading programs/checking corrections.
- Maintain tooling.
- Perform dimensional inspections.
- Perform routine Operator maintenance.
The Person:
- Experience setting/ operating on CNC machinery
- Understanding of sheet metal fabrication machinery and production.
- Trumpf or similar Punch machinery programming experience.
- Punch/fold machine experience.
- experienced in Door Manufacturing (Desirable but not a necessary)
