Our client is a housing provider in Macclesfield with over 5000 properties across East Cheshire and the surrounding areas. They currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Coordinator to join their team.
You will work closely and collaboratively with colleagues across the Trust and externally to drive improvements and offer a first-class service to their customers handling repairs complaints and coordination of external contracts for the team.

To succeed in this role, you will need experience of working within a responsive repairs and/or planned repairs contract. You must have direct customer focused experience and have experience of solving complaints or complex queries.
