Part-time Remote Working (25 hours per week)
Executive Support to Global Team ensuring the highest level of customer experience is delivered at all times. This role will be supporting Europe and Americas based consultants by scheduling calendar appointments and performing various support functions.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Schedule calendar appointments for consultants and clients, client meetings, and internal meetings.
- Serve as a key point of contact between consultants and internal or external colleagues.
- Collaborate closely with other EAs in the team to provide mutual support and cover.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the Executive Support Team by maintaining high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to act as a liaison between various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and scheduling software.
- Ability to work independently in a fully virtual environment.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours ideally covering Europe afternoon and Americas morning time zones.
