A world class building services business based in the RCT are rapidly expanding the workforce and as a result, they are looking for a Senior Mechanical Craftsman to join their team.

As a Mechanical Craftsman, you will be responsible for heating and ventilation activities. As for personal qualities, my client is seeking an enthusiastic individual with good time keeping skills.

With a busy workbook, and a reputable stance in the building services industry, this is a fantastic opportunity for growth, development and a chance to lead a talented team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Carry out pipework fabrication, installation and other jointing methods for the industrial and commercial sector.
  • Soldering, pressift, threading and fusion welding.
  • Installing bracket systems.
  • Assembly of boilers, air source heat pumps, storage vessels etc.
  • Undertake testing, pre-commissioning, decommissioning of industrial and commercial water systems (cold and hot).

Personal Qualities:

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Heating and Ventilation (commercial), Building Services Installer/Craftsperson of Plumbing (desirable).
