Sewell Wallis are recruiting for an experienced Bookkeeper/Finance Assistant for fast paced Supplier just west of Lincoln. This Supplier company has been established for around 30 years with loads of recent growth due to expansion of the product lines and a new locations, having recently opened up a new site in Europe. This growing company is looking to recruit a full-time Bookkeeper to their current team of two. They are needing a strong all-rounder, who is dynamic, forward thinking and who isn't afraid to get stuck in.
What will you be doing?
- Managing both the Accounts Payable & Receivable Ledgers.
- Creating and sending invoices.
- Bank reconciliations.
- VAT returns.
- Expenses.
- Cashbook posting.
- Help prepare month end accounts.
What skills are we looking for?
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Initiative to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Ideally you'll be part or fully AAT qualified.
- Experience in a fast-paced supplier or manufacturing background would be beneficial but not essential.
