Private Client Solicitor

This is an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to lead the Private Client team of a rapidly expanding, modern, forward-thinking law firm.
We need you to help drive and develop this established department further.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing Wills
- Advising clients on Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains tax
- Managing Trusts
- Applying for Probate and Administering taxable estates
- Applications to the Court of Protection for Deputyship, including experience of managing clients affairs under a Deputyship Order
- After death planning and deeds of variation
- Long term planning for care and IHT
Very successful family run practice a nice place to work close to station and nearby parking. After the completion of your probationary period there will be some remote working on offer.
