I am seeking an RGN qualified Deputy Nursing Home Manager for a new 60+ bedded elderly nursing home in Norfolk.

Key Responsibilities of a Deputy Manager:
- Assist in managing operations within the home in order to reach or exceed goals
- Ensuring the provision of high quality care
- Overseeing the care staff and assuming full management in the event that the Home Manager is not present
- Ensure each resident's care plan and daily records are up to date.
Deputy Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Deputy Home Manager
- Good knowledge of CQC standards
- Ability to engage with the service users and understand their needs
- NMC registered with an active PIN
- Ability to promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home.
