I am working with a top London law firm to find the right IT Support candidate for a 6-month FTC contract based in their London office, the salary available is up to £34,000 annually for the right candidate.
This position will be fully onsite in their London office.
The role will mainly be looking at 1st/2nd line support, the below experience is required:
- Microsoft Office & M365 experience (Absolutely essential)
- Experience working with Windows 10/11 (Absolutely essential)
- Experience with iManage Work 10 (or other document management systems)
- Experience with Tikit Partner for Windows
- Experience setting up new starters
- Knowledge of Uniflow or Flowmatrix
- Knowledge of Diktamen Digital Dictation software
- Experience with remote access technologies
