Role Overview:

As a Project Surveyor, you will manage the financial aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. This includes preparing detailed cost plans, conducting feasibility studies, and managing budgets. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure the financial integrity and success of projects. Your role will involve negotiating contracts, managing procurement processes, and overseeing cost control procedures. The Chartered Project Surveyor will contribute to the strategic goals of the consultancy by providing high-quality cost management services and supporting the growth of client relationships.

  • Prepare detailed cost plans and estimates.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
  • Manage budgets and monitor project costs.
  • Advise on procurement strategies and contract administration.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage tender processes.
  • Provide cost control and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Experience & Skills Required

  • Proficiency in cost management software and tools.
