Senior Tax Manager

Salary £55,000 - £85,000
Butler Rose are pleased to be working alongside a boutique firm of accountants based in the West of Cambridge that, due to continued growth, are seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Tax Manager to support an existing portfolio of clients and help grow the business. This is a pivotal, mixed tax role with a bias towards corporate tax.
Role Responsibilities
- Preparation and review of tax computations and returns
- Reviewing work prepared by team members from across office
- Liaison with HMRC, including preparing letters and reviewing letters prepared team members
- Building client relationships, handling queries and problem solving
- Delegating work to team members, overseeing workflow and quality control
Personal Requirements
- Must be CTA qualified, with PQE
- Practice experience including coverage or both direct and indirect taxation matters
- Clear communicator, possess excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience delegating work to team members, overseeing workflow and quality control
