Essential - Property Management Experience, Full UK Driving Licence and own car
Monday to Friday - 9:00 - 17:30
Salary up to £35k dependent on experience
Property Manager duties include:
- Receiving and actioning maintenance issues and instruct approved contractors
- Carrying out property inspections
- Act as liaison between landlords, tenants, contractors
- Renewing safety certifications and contracts
- Issuing section notices
- Organising check ins/outs and inventories
