Facilities Coordinator
Heathrow
We are looking for an experienced candidate within facilities/engineer scheduling experience.
This role is working in a fast-paced dynamic work environment! You will need to be highly organised and proactive in your role to get the job done.
Have you worked closely with engineers and contract managers to support in getting pre planned and reactive maintenance booked and coordinated? You could be ideal for this role!
This company have a hybrid work model x3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
Duties include:
- Managing works in progress
- Scheduling engineers
- Invoicing
- Coordinating site access
- Working closely with internal and external teams and customers
- Updating maintenance spreadsheet
