We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Residential Support Officer to oversee the safety, security, and maintenance of a residential property. This role is ideal for someone with a background in facilities management OR Front of House / Concierge.
Day to Day of the role:
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents
- Coordinate with contractors for repairs, maintenance, and servicing of communal areas and equipment.
- Address and resolve complaints related to communal areas and facilities.
- Conduct health and safety inspections, documenting outcomes and ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to residents' needs.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- Experience working with older people or the general public in a service-based role is desirable.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
