My client is an insurance specialist who urgently requires a Business Process Management Consultant that is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified and has experience within the property and casualty insurance sector (London Market) to help with their ongoing transformation projects and play a key role ensuring their success.
You will have a deep understanding of the property and casualty insurance sector within the London market and will be able to demonstrate a track record of successful process design and implementation at a senior level.Key requirements:
- Proven commercial expertise as a Business Process Management Consultant
- Experience of designing and implementing business processes with a focus on the property and casualty insurance sector within the London market
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
- Significant experience in process design and qualifications
- Ability to work on a series of transformation projects, ensuring they interrelate and align with each other.
- Excellent at maintaining a high level of quality from a technical perspective on global business processes.
- Comfortable to direct and manage project details and deliverables
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at a senior level
- Ability to go on site 5 days a week
