Clark James Recruitment are working with a leading multi-office Estate Agency business.

Due to continued growth within the business our client has a new opportunity for an individual to join the business within an administration/sales progression capacity in their office in Chatham, Kent.

PLEASE NOTE THIS POSITION IS A PART TIME ROLE - UP TO 20 HOURS A WEEK

Role

  • This is a varied role with no two days being the same.
  • Working within a busy Estate Agency business the successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day administration tasks for the sales team.
  • Learning and dealing with early stages of progression files.
  • Liaison with clients.
  • Liaison with Estate Agents.
  • Liaison with Solicitors.
  • Monday to Friday role, no weekend work.
  • Following successful completion of probation some home working may be considered.

Candidate

  • Previous administration/supporting experience is essential.
  • Well spoken, confident and well presented.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills.
  • Ability to think outside of the box.
  • Flexible and forward thinking.
  • An ability to want to learn and grow your career within a highly successful business.
  • An excellent understanding of administration and supporting colleagues, an excellent attitude is essential.

Package

  • Basic salary to £24,000.
  • Commission, year one OTE £29,000.
  • Mon - Friday working.
  • Additional benefits.
