Quality Manager (cleanroom experience)
Are you an experienced Quality Manager looking for a new opportunity? Our client is seeking a talented Quality Manager to join their team. As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and coordinating the Quality Systems for their site, ensuring compliance with all relevant quality and regulatory standards.
What will you be responsible for?
- Leading Quality Investigation Reports and deviations, including the CAPA plan
- Regularly reviewing quality critical documents, systems, and procedures, implementing necessary changes
- Maintaining all quality critical documents such as Quality manuals, SOPs, and Audit Reports
- Managing process improvement projects across the manufacturing site
- Acting as an internal audit team leader
- Supporting production, warehouse, and maintenance processes in maintaining quality standards and resolving issues
- Leading and supporting external audits from customers and regulatory authorities
- Monitoring on-site temperature and validating equipment, processes, and new products
- Leading HACCP teams
What will make you successful in this role?
- At least 3 years of Quality Management experience within a regulated healthcare environment
- Excellent understanding of regulations such as GMP, GDP, Medical Device, and ISO standards
- Proactive problem-solving skills, a pragmatic approach and ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to share knowledge and experience with others
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment and managing a team
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to build strong working relationships
- Self-motivated with a commitment to personal development and continuous improvement
- Experience conducting audits internally and externally
